TUNICA, Miss., September 2, 2016 – Tunica Roadhouse Casino & Hotel invites you to step into the action this September with a New Orleans trip giveaway, chart-topping Duranguense sensation Alacranes Musical on stage at the Moonshine Ball on September 16, and free entertainment at the Riverstage Bar every Friday and Saturday night.

Win a Trip to New Orleans

Tunica Roadhouse Casino & Hotel is giving away a trip to New Orleans, September 1 to October 1. The contest is open to all Total Rewards members who provide a new email address or update their existing email address at Casino Services from September 1 to October 1. All winners will be notified via email on Wednesday, October 5. One lucky winner will receive a trip to New Orleans and ten (10) winners will receive $100 in Free Slot Play.

Monopoly Money Booth Drawings

Tunica Roadhouse Casino & Hotel will host Monopoly Money Booth Drawings on Saturday, September 3, 10, 17 and 24, 2016. The drawings are open to all Total Rewards members with a valid email address.

Guests can earn entries into the drawings from 4:00 a.m. on September 1, 2016 until 8:30 p.m. on September 24, 2016. Guests can get one (1) free entry upon activation each drawing date and one (1) entry for every 25 tier credits earned during the promotional period. Participants will have 10X earning on Friday, September 2, 9, 16 and 23, 2016, from 4:00 a.m. until 3:59 a.m. Guests can activate their entries from 5pm until 8:45pm on Saturday, September 3, 10, 17 and 24, 2016.

Drawings will take place Saturday, September 3, 10, 17 & 24, 2016, at 6:00 p.m., 6:30 p.m., 7:00 p.m., 7:30 p.m., 8:00 p.m., 8:30 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. on each promotional date. Drawing winners will enter a money machine filled with MONOPOLY money to collect as much as possible in a set amount of time. All the MONOPOLY money collected would then be redeemed for free slot play. Winners will be guaranteed $250 in Free Slot Play if they collect less in the Money Booth. Three (3) winners will be selected every half hour to enter the Money Booth. At 9:00 p.m., three (3) winners will be selected to enter the Money Booth. Alacranes Musical Plays the Moonshine Ball

Latin Grammy nominated Alacranes Musical will bring their popular Duranguense music to Tunica Roadhouse’s Moonshine Ball on September 16 at 7 p.m. Tickets are $15.75, and are available at Ticketmaster.com here http://bit.ly/2bofM2Q. Guests must be 21 years old or older to attend. The Moonshine Ball will take place in the Delta Ballroom on the second floor of Tunica Roadhouse.

A leading Duranguense group, Alacranes Musical’s sound has one foot in the past – hearkening back to tamborazo zacatecano, a style popular during the Mexican revolution – while the instrumentation (electric bass, brass and synthesizers) has its foot firmly planted in the present. Part of the original flowering of Duranguense in Chicago, the group was catapulted to stardom in 2004 with the release of A Cambio De Que. A run of chart-topping singles and awards followed; the group now plays alongside the biggest names in regional Mexican music.

RIVERSTAGE BAR ENTERTAINMENT

Bands play the Riverstage bar every Friday and Saturday night in September from 9:30 p.m. until 2 a.m. There is no charge to enjoy the live bands. Guests must be 21-years-old or older to attend, as the Riverstage Bar is on the casino floor.
